All submissions must be made in French or English.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada, and willing to work out of Momentum Ventures’ Montreal office.

By participating in this challenge, applicants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Terms and Conditions, or the Challenge itself, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all decisions of Momentum Ventures, which are binding and final. Participation in this challenge may result in a job interview, but is by no means guaranteed. Momentum Ventures reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not select an applicant to hire, should none of the applicants meet our requirements.
Momentum Ventures and its representatives reserve the right to make changes to any elements of this challenge, or these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice. Momentum Ventures further reserves the right to postpone, amend, cancel, or modify the challenge for any reason, in the sole discretion of Momentum Ventures.
Momentum Ventures accepts responsibility for treating all personal information in an appropriate and lawful manner, and complies with any applicable privacy law concerning job applications in Quebec and Canada.

Momentum Ventures takes reasonable security measures to protect personal information against unlawful or unauthorized access, loss and damage.
Momentum Ventures establishes record retention rules so that it does not retain personal information longer than necessary for the purposes it was collected unless required by law.
